“The lady delivering the session, Glenys Hurst Robinson, was excellent. She presented the materials in an upbeat and engaging way. Being able to see her on screen alongside the slides was great. The slides were comprehensive and I’m really pleased to have access to those. The break out room discussions were focused and engaging. The session ran to time exactly, which was really good at that time of day and considering the amount of content to be covered.”
